How Technology and the Information Age play a role in Leadership communication today. Since the introduction of technology and information age, the face-to-face communication that existed in the baby boomers generation has been changed to Communication and Information Technologies (CITs) that includes; instant messaging and use of the web, and Computer Mediated Communication (CMCs). It has been observed that leaders have found it easier to interact with members of the organization, suppliers and customers.
